ZomBcon Presents: A Conversation with Max Brooks & Chuck Palahniuk / San Juan
60 Minutes with Chuck: A conversation with Max Brooks
Well- known for his fascination with the undead, Max Brooks is considered by many to be one of the world’s foremost Zombie preparedness experts. As we all know, the world we live in has become a rather scary place, and the global increase in the number of Zombie attacks isn’t helping matters any. According to the Office of Homeland Security, Brooks is the preeminent authority on dispatching the relentless, flesh-eating armies of Zombies that seem to be everywhere these days.
60 Minutes with Chuck takes our audience on a different path that explores Mr. Brooks writing interests and geek culture. Cult author Chuck Palahniuk (Fight Club and Choke) sits down with Max Brooks to talk about his latest projects, what it's like to grow up with Mel Brooks for a father, writing for Saturday Night Live to what continues to inspires this New York Times Best- Selling author.
Join us for this truly unique conversation with two of the today's most coveted authors in today's literary world. You won't want to miss this event.

There are just sooooo many things cool and right with that event. I think I just wet-dreamed awake...
This is everything i could as for in life. The undead and Chuck, why the shit is it in Seattle. Chuck has strayed away from West Coast events. Is anyone from Portland is going? Carpool?
isn't Seattle more or less the West Coast. Certainly, more than a Chicago or New York.
and people that really believe in zombies apocalypses are worse than twilight fans. at least most of them will outgrow their stupidity.
I believe in regular apocalypses.
So glad somebody said it.
So glad somebody said it.
Me three. I couldn't be less interested in this hipster zombie douchery. Max Brooks is flogging a dead horse with a one trick pony (which is also a dead horse).
