Brutal fan-made poster for Invisible Monsters. I dont think, if they did the movie, they would go in this direction as its too much of a reveal. yeah, we see it pretty quickly and its great shock, but they would prolly do it with the veil where you could barely see the...well...mess.
Looks awesome though, really very cool.
