Errors in the galley
Presumably a fair few folks on here have read or are reading a copy of the Damned galley. I'm just wondering how many errors, typos, mistakes, etc people have found.
Barring house style, I've come across two definite errors so far and one possible.
I suspect it's waaaayyyyyy too late to get corrections made for the actual print run if they haven't already been picked up, though, right? Fingers crossed they have...
Most galley copies have errors. It's nothing new.
I caught about six or seven in the ARC I got of the new Dexter novel.
Of course they do. Indeed, most printed books have errors! It's just that when you see them in a galley, you really hope someone took the time to iron them out later...
Is this released already or did i get it before release date?^^
Anyway, I should also add that I'm really enjoying the read. I'd kind of given up hope. I didn't finish Haunted or Snuff and didn't even buy Pygmy or Tell-All. Damned seems a return to form, thankfully.
