Its obvious that he has some sort of "God Complex" (i.e. Fight Cub, Survivor, Rant). But Satan, the character, says that he created Madison, that he had written her entire life. Isn't that what Palahniuk had just done?
I liked the notion of it.... Somewhat Vonnegut-esqe with the cameo. Although some of the book was kind of a drag it was a fun read and I think he hit his mark
