T-Shirt Order Problem

I ordered an Invisible Monsters t-shirt on Aug. 21 (it also says payment was received on that day) but I still haven't received it yet. Is that normal? How long does it usually take to process an order? I have not gotten any emails saying that it has even been mailed.
