I redownloaded my browser and reinstalled it. That seems to have made Scary Background Baby go away. Once I realized no one else was seeing that, I figured it had to be on my end.

That is weird because the area where my profile pic shows up for me (upper right) is nothing like that. The add is like an inch away. There is a white border. And then the dark grey cult color. There's no way that could happen.
That's why I assumed it must be a different page that I don't go to.
