Premium order problem
I managed to make two orders for premium membership, I sent an e-mail to the contact address asking if one of the orders could be deleted, but I haven't heard anything back yet. And, none of my orders have gone through, status is created, then processing. Is it supposed to take a few days or is it instant? I paid with Paypal.
You could send me one of those payments. Just make it out to my middle name, Cash. I offer you my protection.

I purchased a shirt on Dec 19th, 2009. Paypalpayment received DEc 23, 2009. I have not received my purchase as of today January 14th. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Not more than a week if you're in the US. Let me look into it and email you. Everything is sent with a delivery confirmation, so it's fairly easy to track. The email will be from cultorders AT chuckpalahniuk.net.
No, it goes through immediately once payment is completed (unles it's an e-check). No payment has been received on our end for either order. You should check with Paypal and see if you missed a step in the payment process.
Seems it's not registered with Paypal at all... So not much to do about it I guess.
