Has anyone ever ordered a T-Shirt in the Cult-Store? I wondering if I'm the only one who has paid the ordered stuff and has never ever heard of those people again. I've sent them several e-mails, but have been waiting ever since for an answer. It's now over than a month ago, that I made the payment. What's the problem?

You are not the only one. I paid for my order 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word nor received anything either. Please let me know what you learned from PM'ing Mirka and if you have received the shirts how long it took?

I think I waited about a month and no one ever answered my e-mails. After I tried to solve the problem over Paypal, the answer came immediately. I got the money back.
The strange thing is that two weeks later my girlfriend ordered a shirt for my birthday and the package arrived in a week. And I'm talking about a delivery for Los Angeles, USA to Leipzig, Germany; that usually takes some time.
What I can say is that the quality of the shirt is quite good. I'm pretty satisfied.
But I still don't understand their communications policies.

Thank you for the update Daviel. The communication policy seems to be that there is no communication. As of today I still have no shirts to speak of. Glad I payed through paypal though and worst case scenario I will have to request the $ back. Sucks though cause this was a birthday present I got for someone. I am glad to hear you eventually acquired one and are happy with the quality at least. I am hoping for the best! Greetings and best of luck to you from Florida!

This is exactly what's happening to me too! I ordered a shirt over a month ago and have sent messages, posted on the forum - nothing. I'm definitely not impressed. It was also a birthday present for someone so I don't want to have to ask for the money back and cancel the order. I just want the shirt!

I don't expect I'll be ordering a t-shirt from here again. Which is too bad because I really like the designs.

And now the shirts are not showing in the online catalog... They still have links advertising the shirts though! lol. I wish we would at least get an email or something saying if I should expect a shirt or not. Going to give it another week or 2 then just talk to paypal.

The same thing happened when I wrote paypal about my missing T-Shirts. Suddenly the shirts weren't available on the store anymore.
Man, I wish Chuck would give some competent people the chance to bring the store forward. Those designs are really great and the quality of the shirts and the printing is good. Could make quiet some money with them.

To everyone that has not yet received their shirts/DVDs and who has sent an email to us and not heard back... I sincerely apologize. This is embarrassing for the site and and it's unprofessional.

The situation is: there is a person who handles all of our merchandise, and this person has fallen off the map recently. Therefore, while I'd love to send you all your shirts, we had to unfortunately turn the Store off temporarily while we deal with this. All of you who have not received your shirts will be promptly refunded. If you don't see a refund by the end of this weekend, contact me personally at dennis@chuckpalahniuk.net and I will take care of you asap.

Then, once I am able to fix this situation, and shipping of Tshirts/DVDs resumes, you will be sent the item you originally ordered... free of charge.

Again, I sincerely apologize about this mess.

Oh, thank you, thank you! You just made my day. I contacted PayPal earlier today about a refund, but I was feeling so bummed because it meant I was never going to get the shirt.
