What happened to Echo?
In chapter 42 titled "Contributors" every character of the book is given an aftermath. Except for Echo. All the others were mentioned, Wallace Boyer the car salesman, and Todd Rutz the coin dealer. She was a major character/contributor, yet her aftermath is unknown. Why is this, or what happened to her?

Look around the forum a little bit, particularly in the Rant section. You might see that the questions you have have already been asked, multiple times, sometimes even answered.
It's suspected that she became immortal and has erased her existence as a human.
She grew a penis and then went up in the space shuttle.
