Rant in Ireland
I've been waiting in anticipation for the new book for ages. I went to the major bookshops today and nobody has it. anybody know if there are different release dates throughout europe?
I live in Ireland and I got my copy of Rant already sent through Amazon.co.uk. They are now sending books through a depot in Dublin so it only takes a few days.
Edit, I just rang my local Easons and they said it is due in any day, just give your bookshop a shout.

Thanks for the welcome and the info. I'm still in town at the moment, had to meet someone so didnt have time to ask the workers in the shops. its just it wasn't in the new section or in chucks section. I'll head back and check now. maybe its just not on the shelves yet.
I looked in bookstores (in London) and they said it's coming out on the 10th May. Amazon has the US cover version, but it seems the UK one isn't out yet.
yeah that pissed me right off when I went in and was told its not out until the 10th of may.
I wish I could describe the vacant expression on the faces of the salespersons of big bookstores here in argentina when I ask them about "Rant".

I've massively high hopes for this book and have avoided all areas of the site that talk about it. all i know is the fact that it's an oral history of a serial killer. every time Chuck releases a book I'm flabbergasted at the originality of his ideas.
Mine arrived today from amazon.com. US first printing, and including P&P it still came out at only about £12.50. That is a bargain.
