help me with school work; book report on Rant.
fellow cultists, I have to do a book report for my english lit class and I've decided to go for Rant (even though it will take me about an hour just to explain the plot and timeline). And I was thinking that because you all rock sooo much that you could help me with some ideas to explore because I've kind of, um left it til the last minute
.
Thankyou much.
indeed good luck to me considering the response I am getting (or more to the point NOT getting). probably wasn't the best book to choose, but atleast I can be sure the teacher won't read it so I can make shit up. I'll just say it's about a war veteran with Polio or something, get me a guaranteed A+
It's a great book to do a report on. Just follow your gut. You may not have to explain every single detail, broad stokes, if possible. It all depends on what your teacher wants. If your teacher wants details, then all the better. Like you said, it would take an hour to explain and I bet you can write at least 5 pages worth just describing the plot. When I was in high school (many years ago) I wrote a book report on A Clockwork Orange. Looking back, I can't believe that my teacher let me do that.
Your face is smooth! Oh well, atleast my favourite person in the world SAM can help me out.

Good luck explaining it to your teacher. Damn fine book, but I don't think I'd want to do a book report on it. Especially for what I'm assuming is a high school class based on your age.
