hi im doing an essay on the theme of escapism in the novel rant. can any you guys give me an example of how escapism is acheeved through these actions. i just need something to expand apon.

yes i have read the book, i'm doing a paper and im about half way done, i just nbeed to know how know getting rabies is a form of escapism, or what proof from the book supports this. I need 3 examples of escapism in the novel and i have 2 out of three covered. I was think about changing rabies to time travel or something.
