The side next to the river seems a bit muddy, while the other side is a bit more grassy so slightly less mud. Cindy mentioned putting the tents on that side and having all the other stuff next to the river.

the rain isn't a big deal, but its always better to have pristine weather. things are just less annoying. ex: dry feet and ample fire wood. and you can sit wherever u want.

that was my plan as well, set all the tents up under the trees on the farther side from the river. this will keep the tents drier and stuff and also keep them cooler cause they'll be in the shade.

But seriously I'm really freaking out because you are real people and I'm so not packed yet. At least it's a car trip, so I just have to throw it all in back. Is the campsite drying out much since yesterday? If the weather there is like it is here, it should be.

Photos will come as soon as I can get to a computer. If anyone wants untouched originals (not raw format but about 1.5mb in size each so if you wanna use em for future photoshop fun) I will be more than happy to send them once I get back to CT.

Somber? Wenknee and Ubik drove straight here from Texas instead of stopping, and Wenknee was beat. Daley had his own little experiences in driving, Jekyll hadn't slept in god knows how damn long, and Sara got stuck in traffic for a bit coming here. So it was fairly calm yes, but I wouldn't say somber. Our spirits were/are high I tell you!

Not sure, you'd have to ask Daley but I think it should be alright at least until it rains either tonight or tommorow (if it actually does). If not, we'll just have our own little Cult Woodstock mud-pit going on.

Okay, cool. It was just with the Brit meetup its turned out that half of us can't go, I thought the same thing might have happened there.

Round 3.....

.... Is not coming for a while. My camera broke and I wasn't able to take pictures after Saturday afternoon, which really fucking depressed me but eh, life goes on. I do have some pics from the morning, and I did get some video I will fool around with once I get home. I really wanted to take pictures of the monsoon we were in and a bunch of other shit, but alas, I never got the chance. I will however host anyone's pics (I sprung for unlimited bandwidth with photobucket) if they email the raw images to me (fuzzbusta @ gmail.com, without the spaces so the google-spiders don't spam me up) and I'll touch them up in photoshop and post them here.

Brown/Snuff - Canon Powershot s70. I used the stitch mode to do the panorama shots, and photoshop to finish everything up. Most of those shots I just cleaned up the color and brightness levels to my liking.

I've got some pics too, I have to find my camera first though.
