Was anyone from the Cult in this documentary?
I just watched it. I'm a little behind and didn't know it exsisted before joining this message board. So,was anyone who posts here in the movie?
It was very well done. I enjoyed the bad interviews part and especially the Guts phenomenon. Chuck has a rockstar quality that's undeniable. That kid,Dallas, was great. I wonder what he's been up to since. Anyway,I enjoyed it.
You shit on these nukkas two times Dr.Dre?
Oh Fo' Sho'!
Not many of us were in that movie because it was made a few years back. Back then, there was a quite different cast of Culties engaging in general nonsense on these boards. Some have remained, some have come back, but many are gone, apparently for good.
thanks for sharing.blackhawk tactical pants.

This is why we can't have nice things.
Well,if in fact anyone from the film still posts, you were all a handsome and witty bunch.
That Dallas kid was great. I hope he writes something someday. He seemed bright and had life expeirience under his belt. You could tell Chuck had a soft spot for him.

I was second assistant key grip.
I was random bystander # 143.
I was the stunt double for Chuck's sport jacket.
As xec8 said, back in the times (April 2004) of the documentary (it's been so long since I've seen it), the Cult was a different bunch. I went to Edinboro University, presented at both (2001 and 2004) conferences, could be seen (thankfully) in the background of the movie a few times, and as an old-timer member who just happened to stumble back to read this post, yeah, I think most of the people you see have long since faded into the background. Or, honestly, were never here to begin with. Edinboro Pennsylvania is a very far off place. Pretty much everyone who was at either conference you see on film. It was literally a group of a couple (think small numbers) hundred of people. Which was both awesome (and moreso in hindsight) sad that more couldn't have experienced the experience.
To what Allen Wayne said, I was running the registration line where everyone checked in for the conference and right away you could tell Dallas was unique. As were a couple of the other people featured. Dennis and the group did a fine job showcasing most of them. Even the "for better or worse" few. Namely the one who I won't name.
As a whole, for those who haven't seen it, you should. For happening on such a small campus in north east Pennsylvania it really felt like a big deal to those there. And, to those who have seen it since, again, I think Dennis and the crew did a fine job of giving those as close to the same experience as you can get.

i need to see this.
nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it.
