i think that naturally, someone's not going to be interviewed more than once or twice, unless they're really entertaining or something, but people should feel free to interview as many people as they want.

I was making suggestions, not rules. I just think everyone who wants a chance should get a chance to do interviews. I don't think people need more than one thread about themselves, that just only comes off as vain and arrogent. Now, if a cultist interviews twenty people then that means if everyone does more people that there'll be repeats of the same person being interviewed. One thing I like about this idea is the different interviewing styles of everyone participating. Now if we have some people domineering this thing, other people won't get a chance to do it with someone new that everyone hasn't read yet.
I dunno.... just my 2 cents.

im just saying, if someone else asks me if i wanna be interviewed, i aint gonna say no. also, if i totally hated the way someone was interviewed and i think i should/could/would do a better job, i'm not going to let a once-only guideline stop me.

Me either, honestly.
For one thing, some people don't enjoy interviewing or are bad at it. If people can't interview others several times, then this whole interviewing shenanigan might just run right into the ground and go 6 feet under.
Plus, I like reading multiple interviews with the same person. Different perspective. Different questions.
