An aside, but I walked past a cop once and she smiled really broadly at me, and that's never happened before or since. I smile at people, sometimes, walking along and happy and spreading the good will, etc. And cops never smile back, ever. Not even PCSOs. And this cop, a she, was beautiful and smiled at me. Why? I know you can't answer that, but why do other cops never smile?
