I'm writing about a homophobic guy who gets an unwanted surgery, a gender transformative surgery, and hates his life. He now wants to commit suicide. What is a good way to do that?

there is a movie about cannibalism that shows this guy who wants his penis bitten off and to eat it. It was one of the most brutal scenes I've ever seen in a movie. I was pretty sure Alicia Silverstone was in it but I can't seem to find the name of the movie.

Yeah I think it was based on true events. It was very disturbing...oh and it was Keri Russel that was in it now that I think about it. Seeing Alicia Silverstone on tv yesterday threw me off.

If it's the same story I'm thinking of it was some Japanese dude that went to Germany and took out an ad or something about wanting to eat a person, yadda yadda yadda, he ate the girl and they tried to send him to jail and he got off scott free, or maybe it was like a 6 month sentence or something.

Anyways, I heard some comedian say a way to kill yourself I always thought was pretty good.
You jump off a tall building but beforehand you stuff all your pockets with little candy bars and whatnot, so when you hit the ground people got to decide whether to be horrified or go for the free candy.

I think the worst way to go would be getting rolled over feet first by a steam roller. The pain might not be terrible as the nerves would probably be cut off from the sheer weight of it. You would watch yourself being fed into it knowing there is no escape, feeling the pressure build toward the top of your body. How long before you pop your innards out of your head as you are rolled up like a tube of toothpaste. Shark attack would be pretty bad too. You hold your breath as you are taken under. The pain of the bite would be terrible, but not as bad as the fear of drowning after screaming from the pain. The agony mixed with the anxiety could result in a heart attack. Drowned, ripped apart and have your heart pop all at once.
