I know that, its something like if you die, or dying you can store you sperm or something as a way of living forever on this earth through someone else. Genetically immortality. Yeah, so -- any info on "Cyrobanks" would be helpful.

It's a research thread, hence anything not directly answering your questions is deemed unacceptable. If this was a jokey thread, it would go in GD, but since you need to know, women can indeed sell their eggs, and you know about sperm banks. An interesting thing is the slow erosion of privacy rights, where mothers are tracking down the donors so that they can meet the fathers of their children. Scary stuff.

And that erosion of privacy rights -- shit dude thats fuckin' creepy.... Imagine it from a guy's prospective, going to meet the "mother" of his child. Sort of like organ transplant where the donor remains anonymous, -- reminds me of 21 Grams.

its kind of uncomfortable. they put you in a room with a couch and whatnot, then close the door. there is a big rack of magazines and movies to stare at, but you can hear everything outside your door. i left without putting anything in the cup.
