In search of a specific quote...
Hey ya'll. I'm looking for a quote I read in one of Chuck's books. They tend to get blurred and mixed together over time...
It goes something like... its easy to quote people. or its easy to quote others considering the amount of great writers/speakers over time.
It's something like that. I need it for a paper (I will correctly give Mr. Palahniuk his due VIA MLA format) by monday at 6pm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On a completely separate note...anyone have an official trailer of the movie CHOKE? Thank you EVERYONE.

i really dont know that quote off the top of my head, and ive read all of chuck's books and short stories and essays and articles
the quote does ring a bit familiar. narrowing a guess, it reads like something streator from lullaby would either say or think because it doesnt come across, as youve worded it, as something that any of his other characters would say. well, maybe brandy alexander i guess. i dont know. good luck. all i can offer for you is to "up" this thread
and to answer your question about the choke trailers:
i could have sworn a few sneak peeks were shown, four actually. either they were on another site or they were taken down. i havent looked for an official trailer but youtube has several
in fact, here's one:
youtube.com/watch?v=A_bUZIWinLE

That line kinda sorta sounds familair, but I've got no idea where it might be from. I want to say try Haunted. But that's a huge "maybe."

Ehhh...doesn't sound familiar, and I've read FC, Rant, Survivor, Haunted, and Choke. And I don't believe its from PFtF either. An interview, maybe?
And I don't think there's a trailer out yet. IMDb is probably where it'd hit first, though.
