I am looking for an excellent Chuck quote , can someone help me?
It goes something like
' more and more I am turning into a bad copy ( or was it re-run?) of myself'
Its from one of his books , might be Survivor, but not sure.

I am looking for a quote too! It was something like "Nobody cares about books, that's why you can do the most terrible things there" or so. Does somebody know this? I don't think it was in one of his novels.

I think what you are looking for is from The "Guts" Effect An afterword (or warning) of sorts by Chuck at the end of the later printing Anchor Books edition of Haunted.

I found the quote I was searching in German. It is:
"Bücher werden von niemandem beachtet. Darum sind Bücher der ideale Ort, um die wirklich ungeheuerlichen Sachen zu veranstalten."
The first part indeed seems to be in "The Guts Effect", but the second sentence is nowhere to be found. Weird.
"More and more, it feels like I'm doing a really bad impersonation of myself" is the quotation (from Choke) you're looking for, I believe.
