Building Body Mass
So Im making this thread to help out my brother. Heres the deal:
Mike is 6'2" and 130 pounds. He's 18. He's healthy and all that but he just cant gain weight. Super fantastic metabolism... at least to fatties like me. To him its a curse. I can count his vertebrae through the skin on his back.
He wants to bulk up. Get some muscle; gain some weight. Basically, what should he do? What should he eat? Does anyone know any tasty recipes I can whip up for him? Protien, complex carbs and stuff is the way to go, right? How about excersises? What are some good ones, I guess, that he can work on?
