Peter Laird: The Lost Interview by Will Tupper

Hey Gang,

A long time ago, a man I in all seriousness consider one my major creative mentors, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" cocreator Peter Laird, agreed to a short interview with me about his body of work, as well as the process behind it.

No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't place the piece. So it sat in an old college folder for years.

Until I found it again, last week. And my buddy, Stephan Reese, said he'd be happy to publish it on his new collaberative blog project, "Go Green Machine."

So, yeah. Here it is:

Besides the actual interview, it also includes probably one of the most autobiographical bits I've ever written (detailing just how the interview came about) as a (hopefully!) apt introduction.

Hope y'all like it. It was a fun one, and it taught me a whole lot.
