Warren Ellis, of considerable fame and talent, has a new free webcomic up tomorrow. Shall be updated weekly. It sounds like something great, so I'd definitely advise hitting this up. So check out the promotional art and see what you think when we get something delivered to us tomorrow, at noon GMT. The link is in the picture.

This sounds and looks excellent. I used to be really into comics but sorta drifted away when Preacher ( Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon ) finished its run. Warren Ellis, he is the guy responsible for Sandman?

That would be Neil Gaiman responsible for Sandman.

I correct myself and will put cigs out on myself. Sandman was Neil Gaiman. This mistake is unforgivable as I'm presently reading American Gods by Gaiman (so far it aint too bad) Didn't Ellis do some work on Hellblazer tho?

You might like The Boys if you haven't read them already. My boyfriend introduced me to them last summer & I loved them.

This looks good if for no ther reason than it looks like a webcomic with actual real artwork instead of retarded stick figures drawn by talentless hacks.

Steampunk galore, it's online now if you want to check it out.

Thanks for sharing, corellion, I just read it.  I liked it, I'm intrigued by the story and want to know more about the whole "end of the world" element, but this issue feels like mostly a teaser...so...looking forward to next week.

I'm really liking Paul Duffield's artwork. Reminds of Josh Middleton. Very animated-ish style; clean lines and great color choices.

Anyone read the second installment? Anyone? I wish they'd release a little more than 5 or 6 pages at a time, but that's my only complaint so far. That, and the whole teen angst thing's a bit overly dramatic.
