I just found my old copy of "David Boring" again earlier this week, and not having read it for a year made it that much more interesting to go back through...Clowes art it so controlled, and the story is without equal for the way it evolves and uses it's own structure with and against the themes. Ass fetishes, microbes, incest, headshots, lesbian best friends, and the apocalypse?(maybe?)...
