a friend of mine told me that she hates reading. she says that she can read like 3 or 4 pages, but after that she says she gets bored.

guts is one of the best short stories i've ever read, and i think it would be a great story to get her into reading.

[Moderator edit: Sorry, we aren't allowed to "share" Chuck's copyrights here. The book will be available soon, you can introduce your non-reading friend to the story then unless you are able to find a copy of the Playboy beforehand. Again, sorry.]

All chuck's stuff is a page turner. Took me 2 week to read 130 pages of the hobbit cause I didn't give a fuck about it. Read 60 pages of "Survivor" in less than 24 hours. Can just breeze through it and if "Guts" doesn't get her interest, nothing will.
