Need help with short story please

I just returned the book to the library the other day, and I just realized that I really needed it today. Just my luck. Anyway, my mind has drawn a blank on this one story and I need the title and characters. I think it was near the end of the book, it was the one where the guy finally cuts his balls off with Chef Assassin's knife and then the other guy goes to eat it and then chokes. That left the group with two more deaths. So if anyone knows what story that is, it'll really help me a lot.

The Missing Link tried to eat it.
i dont think that it was anyone in particular's short story, it was just the narration inbetween short stories. but i also got this book at the library, the one that but his dick off was the matchmaker, i think, but i cannot remember who it was that tried to swallow it whole and choked
