Why won't Senator Lieberman go away? First McCain says we shouldn't have read this guy his Miranda rights, then Lieberman says we should strip citizens who commit domestic crimes of their citizenship. Oh America!

Yeah, but there's so many nationalists today who believe US citizens are more human than other people. So if the government wants to do a lot more to people than it could do to some humans, it needs to make them less human. Thus, the non-citizen designation.
