From what I saw in Google, this guy spams his name to forums all over the web to get people to check out his blog about creating a .gig TLD for a "global internet government" and how he is running for president of the US. This is laden with concepts that, on the surface, sound laudable, such as "free speech" and women's rights etc. etc. I guess that's supposed to somehow dissuade you from deleting the spam, which is what it is. The blog only has one post in it, no other info or substance to flesh out his crackpot ideas.

I guess another possibility is it's a joe job, done by a third party, to defame the real guy and get people to harass him. Just delete the shit is what I say and ban his IP.
