If people believe that, then they should not be voting.

In fact, I think that's quite a fair intellegence test, if we must have this 'voting' garbage.

Oh, how I wish there was a voting/knowledge test requirement to voting. They make you take a test before they give you a drivers license. Why not a voting license?
