Alcohol is decriminalized, for adults, yet it doesn't stop teenagers from drinking it regularly.

Pot being illegal makes criminal out of those that use, not the other way around.

"Brains are growing until age 21. Puberty ends at 21. I theach that in my health class."

I believe the brain continues to develop until the mid to late twenties... as with the puberty process for many...

I'm taking whatever she said out of context because I couldn't watch much of that.

The brain grows and develops -physically- until the late mid 20's (if that makes any sense), say 25 - 27. Mental and emotional maturity is a wildcard.

Puberty generally ends at the point the individual's body is physically mature. 21, while not unheard of, would be con nsidered late.

I guess I kinda lump that brain development in as a part of puberty. My body was at its full height and shape by sixteen, but I was still pretty angsty pubescent teenagery.

I bet none of those people have ever had sex, the teacher included.

I don't know what that has to do with pot but it's the first thing I thought of when I watched the video.

Not taking that bet.
