Anarchism.
Just read it further. He's saying how great things would be in an anarchistic system and even offers up some suggestions with dealing with the bad aspects of the deal.
But he's just way out of his head on conspiracy theories and such. He basically says that the government wants you dead and that we the people, no matter what our qualifications, should be in charge. But that in of itself is a system, which is not anarchy.
Plus he talks about only doing jobs that are fun for as long as you want to do them and rotating the bad jobs. In his head that would make it so Doctors would be doing garbage duty and when they worked, they would just do it for as long as they felt like it instead of being on call like they are supposed to be.
Plus the way he sees the system set up it wouldn't be possible to get a higher education because... Well... Damn it's just so messed up! I hate punks who smoke too much pot and come up with crack pot theories to justify their banal existence. They basically have a need to reasonably explain why they are broke jobless drug addicts who wear too much hot topic attire.
Plus in my experiences most of these people come from middle to upper class America and have no idea what they're talking about when it concerns the welfare of the common man.
But yeah, anarchism cannot work for an enormous amount of reasons. Just reading his essay or what ever it is, hurts my head. It's even more frustrating when he tries to explain what he thinks would work in case something doesn't.
All you do is post links.
Hit me again, Tube Sock! Let's go!
Haha!

I love this even without one of your famous gifs
If I don't post any links then who will!?
Have you thought about that?! Huh!? HAVE YOU!?
I keep thinking this thread is about "Anachronism."
That kind of thinking has NO place here!
Actually if you look into it Anarchism has played a vital role in history. Its not just a bunch of high punk rockers yelling Anarchy. Its much more than that. So before you spew off a rant defaming someones ideas and ideals maybe you should read the Wikipedia a little bit.

That's an awesome film.

You know what else is a pretty awesome one that no one really seems to know about? This one is!
How long have you been sitting on that joke?
There is hope, but not for us.

I didn't read the thing linked, but this is worthy of a response.

Why would they want their revenue source dead? Who will they have fight their wars?
It's not that the state wants us dead, it's just that it has no reason to care if we die, and has no qualms forcing you at gunpoint to support its killing around the world.
I don't know what that means...but as a person who believes that the state is a faith-based social cancer (you can call that 'anarchism' if you want) I don't want to be in control of anyone but myself. Anarchism is about not controlling others.
Check your definitions. Anarchism is not defined as 'no system' it's no rulers.
This is a particular brand of political ideology calling itself anarchism which is actually just a branch of anarchist thinkers. Thinking that this represents all anarchists is like saying all Christians believe Mary flew up to heaven in bodily form (a specifically Catholic belief).
You really elaborated on that point well...
In a truly free market (anarchism?) learning institutions would exist to the extent that people freely choose to support them.
I smoke and my ideas are considered radical. You don't hate me, do you?
Alright, this is just getting silly now...
I'm self-employed, and possess little that ever saw the inside of a hot topic store.
What does that mean?
You seem to not even fully understand the idea before you dismiss it. This is not skepticism, its cynicism.
Then don't read it. There are real live intellectual analyses of how a stateless society would function, if you actually care.
"They sold you hippies grunge, hip hop, now liberty activism."

Why? He's right when he says "it has nothing to do with a belief in chaos, death and destruction".
I'll read the full thing later, but what's so crazy about someone defining their politics?
