i was 19- my mother was(is) a fucking nazi (i mean that pretty spot on literally) she worked me to the bone till i was eight and a half months pregnant (after that i was too big to move) my family called me a whore, my child an abomination- a bastard- my mother took the money from the adoption and kicked me out of the house, tried to have me arrested, disowned me, ran my childs father out of the state and although she knows the family that has my son, refuses to give me any word on him

I'm saying that it's a metaphysical reason because you're saying that a mass of cells or a foetus is already 'a life', but there's nothing to identify it as 'a life'. Even if it was a life, does that mean that it's wrong to end it? I mean, just because it's a life doesn't mean that it has the same value as a human life.
The fact that you consider it a life and you give it the same value as a 'born human' is not enough to say that it should be banned, the same logic could be used by vegetarians to ban eating meat.

but at the same time the fetus is inside another person's body, and in many cases, especially health cases, that person comes first.
and second that "life" shouldn't give the courts the right to decide for anothe person. Especially if it's a weeks old fertilized egg, and if it's a rape or whatever case.
I mean seriously if courts want to preserve those lives, which to me that is not what it is about, they should start a surrogate mother program or something. Where mothers who are willing to carry fertilized eggs sign up and get those unwanted "lives". If the mothers chose to.
To me this is all about a mother's right. You can disagree with abortion all you want, no one is forcing you to have one. However when you take away someone's right to decide by using a idealistic measure, that is wrong.
Also doctors decide who lives and dies in many cases. It is without people's consent or choice at many times.
So...We are still going to die. Right?

This is so wrong. Why should the governor get to decide for a woman whether or not she keeps her child? And to make no exceptions for rape or incest. That is just horrible. Why should he have the power to say that any woman raped and impregnated has to keep that child? Hasn't she suffered enough? Not only was she raped but now she has to be reminded of what happened all throughout those nine months of pregnancy and for the rest of her life. It should be a woman's choice and if a woman doesn't want one, she should just not have one.
