I've always preferred print. I simply cannot focus when reading something provocative online. I understand that if you sell a piece of lit online, you're able to sell as many as you want, and there's no risk of overstocking, and the middle man is basically gone. So there's definitely benefits on the author's/publisher's end, but I've never been a fan of having so much investment in technology. I love tangible books. I love to read on the bus, on a trip, in the car, etc. I especially love going out to a bookstore with some friends to browse. I really don't like the idea of being able to do everything online with one click. But, of course, this is one person's opinion. I'm sure a lot of people might not have the time nor the energy to go to a bookstore. However, one could make the argument that said individual doesn't have the energy simply because the internet has made everything else so easy.
