New Member, Hi
Hi everyone, I've been a chuck fan for three or four years now. During my first year of college, I became tired of reading, because of school, so I stopped reading for pleasure. My second year required less reading, so I went to a bookstore to hopefully find something that would get my attention and get me back into personal reading. At this time I had no idea who Chuck was, but for some reason I was standing right in front of all of his books, and then my eye caught the cover of Haunted. I picked it up, read what it was about, bought it, and have been hooked ever since. I'm new to the site, and am interested in getting everyone else's take on his books, and maybe even get into the book club. Just wanted to share my story and say hello!
Haunted was my first book as well.
What's your name?
Welcome!
I want more than them
That's the difference
Thanks. Names Will. Since reading Haunted I've read Rant, Fight Club, Choke, Survivor, Diary, and Invisible Monsters. I enjoyed them all, but especially survivor and choke. I just got done with IM a few days ago so I'm still trying to get over my mind being blown so I can fully understand. Might start on Damned soon just to see what its like to read something so new.
Invisible Monsters is my fav too.
I've found a bunch of great books and authors from this site as well--Craig Clevenger and Michael Sonbert (We Are Oblivion is easily the best book I've read in a long time) to name a few. The book club is a great place to find good books.
And, welcome!
You're alright. Come back and/or stick around.
I'm really into Nik Korpon ( www.nikkorpon.com ) right now. That and sending nasty emails to Andrez Bergen ( http://tobaccostainedmountaingoat.weebly.com ) telling him to hurry up and write another book already.

Hey, I am new as well, and haunted was my first book too, I eventually got around to reading Tell All a few months ago, and finished the set, until I found out about Damned, anyway, glad I stumbled onto you guys, I had pretty much quit reading, and most of my reading was rereading, so I'm glad I found like minded people I can get recommendations from.
Hola new member. I've been reading Haunted for the past year and so far I like it. (I have a baby and another on the way +work and gym so I don't have much reading time anymore) Anyways Chuck's writing gave me a whole new look on books and writing in general. I also like the book Jesus' Son by Denis Johnson as well.

Hello.
My favourite Chuck book is Invisible Monsters. What's yours?
I read a lot of his books at once a few years ago just before joining the cult. I liked them very much at the time, but being here has opened my eyes to even more great books.
I'd say check out the book club because you'll find out about loads and loads of good authors.
Welcome to the cult.
