new girl
I am new here, so I thought I would say hello.
I don't write much these days, but I read a lot and am hoping to find new authors to read as well as like minded people.
I am an artist and I just posted in "areas of expertise" so if you are interested, check that out.
I started reading Palahniuk about... five or six years ago and I am currently reading Stranger than Fiction, when I finish I will have read them all, until Rant comes out of course.
Some other authors I read/have read a lot of are Christopher Moore, Jeff Noon, David Sedaris, Vonnegut, Salinger, and Faulkner.
I guess thats all for now.

Look out for the stalkers and sexual predators! THEY ARE AMONG US!
AMONGST, even !

Among is fine. They mean the same same thing, fyi.
i generally use among, but amongst sound posh.

Thanks for your art thread in the research forum. Don't look morey in the eye.
There is hope, but not for us.

And if you haven't read Christopher Moore, then you should, you will laugh your ass off.

Thanks for all of the welcomes and now you all need to go out and buy a Christopher Moore book and read it, then when you love it, read the rest of them.
I suggest A Dirty Job, Lamb, or Island of the Sequined Love Nun.

I can't say that I am.
The influence for that title was "Down for Life" by Biohazard.
