Hello and Welcome but it really is better around here to lose the text talk.
I think what Nick is trying to say is this: please limit your text speech. We do tend to have quite a few writers here and they're more interested in what you have to say than some lolcat spellings of proper words. People put a lot of time into the written word around here and there are quite a few people that will jump on your grammar if it's atrocious.
Since you like to write, I'm sure you can understand where people are coming from regarding this matter.
