I would just like to introduce myself to everyone.

My name is Madelyn. I am new to the site [Obviously]. I found the site through Myspace. I have read all the Chuck books except Haunted, which will change soon. I'm not a writer; I am not an English major. I joined purely because I enjoy reading and I like hearing other people’s opinions.

I have never been a member of a forum. So I'm [I]way[/I] new. I am sure I will have questions constantly. I feel as If I have just been thrown in the deep end and don't know how to swim. I will catch on quick though.

I am 20 years old, I am a sophomore in college and I work part time. I want to be an active member here, so I will try my best. If anyone has any pointers or anything they feel like sharing I would really appreciate it.

I'm still trying to figure out this place. There are so many things to read. I need to learn how to pick and choose what I read and respond to. Some postings are so old. Do they ever "clean up" the posts?

Also, I am writting a commemorative speech for my Comm class on Chuck P. Anyone have any tips on what I should mention?

If I were you I'd just stick to the General Discussion forum. Stray when bored...but it's really where all the action is. There's a lot of inside jokes and ignorant pricks so newbs are often discouraged from the GD, but as I always say, the GD is a Merry Go Round, you gotta hop on if you wanna have fun.
