I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member of the cult. I recently stumbled on to the brilliant poignancy that well constitutes Chuck Palahniuk. At age 17, I've recently made a sincere effort to pull myself out of the shallowness that has adequately described me for so very long - and that's why I started reading Chuck. I haven't read every novel, but I do, whenever I have time, attempt to absorb every piece of his writing I can get my hands on. The character I most identify with is Shannon from Invisible Monsters - minus the disfigurement. That's all I have to say for now, considering a wet little lab puppy is proding at my feet...if you're thought provoking, feel free to entertain me sometime.
