Hello! I joined a little while ago, but I'm just introducing myself now. My name is Dana, and I am obsessed with Palahniuk's vision of the world.
I am from Chicago, city of cold winters, and I love curling up with Choke and Fight Club on a cold ass night.

Eh, I read a lot of Existential stuff before Chuck, and fround that a lot of what I liked in that matched up to what I like in Chuck, so I guess I like the idea that you are not defined by possesions, and real freedom is having nothing.
Fiction to me is only a way to build a bridge from the latent ideas present there, to my current world view.

you know, I've seen U2 in concert twice, Dana. I've only been to
maybe 6 or 7 major concerts in my life and the boys from Dublin
have been two of those... and easily the best two.
I saw them once on the Joshua Tree tour when i really was just a
pup. I saw them again in 2001 on the Elevation tour. They have
had a remarkable career and they still know how to do it.
