Hello :)
Hello everyone
new to the site.
I haven't read much of Chuck's work but what would you suggest for me to read next?
I have read "Rant" ,"Choke", and am now finishing up "Haunted".
what should I read next?
a Little about myself.
My name is Dalton (hopefully you already knew that)
I'm 18 years of age. I am still currently enrolled in High School. (senior!
) I'm going to college this coming fall semester hopefully going to major in Bio-Technology.
I am a real arse about grammar most of the time.
But, that is all i really have to say. I hope I will stay active in the site and be as helpful as possible.
“If death meant just leaving the stage long enough to change costume and come back as a new character...Would you slow down? Or speed up?”
Genius.
what kind would you like?
Will do sir, will do.

Welcome. I'm in the middle of "Haunted" myself. I would recommend "Fight Club" just because it far extends the movie and gives you a better grasp of the whole story line. Plus one of my favorite chapters is actually after the book has ended and Chuck it just ranting.
And if you want to be helpful you can fix me some grits, yo...

I was going to read "Fight Club" but I know when I do I'll probably end up hating the movie.
I has always been that way. Read a book, watch the movie, the book always seems to be better and makes me hate the movie. I LOVE FIGHT CLUB. One of my favorite movies of all time (behind "A Clockwork Orange") I just don't want the book to kill it for me
So, one soda, and now some grits. I can do that.

It didn't kill it for me at all. I can appreciate both as their own entities.

You're not an arse about grammar at all! I can tell.
I'm a senior too...but sadly no smiley face for me. High school sucks monkey tail.
Read Diary!

I'm a freshman in college since we're all going to talk about academic status. I agree with Zack that you can still enjoy the book and movie bc for me, since they had different messages behind it in the end could I see the book as the negative side and the movie as "positive."
hello!
so have you read the book of A Clockwork Orange, or are you avoiding that one too?
haha yes, I have read the book. I read the book before the movie. That is why I used that movie as an example.
