Greetings Everyone!
Hello. My name is Robert and I am from Knoxville, Tennessee. This is my introductory declaration. I love Chuck and am very joyous about finding his website. I didnt pick up on Chuck, until the past year and I wasnt at all jubilant about reading unless I had to. I would read maybe one book every three months, on occasion. Then one day while I was in my Contemporary American Issues class in high school, my teacher mentioned the novel and the film, Fight Club, and told me it was a very good read, so I decided to pick it up. I was extremely content by having read Fight Club and currently the novel, Diary, and of course I have read the short-story, Guts too. Those are the only two of Chuck's novels that I have read since I got "sucked into", shall I say, his masterly work. I been meaning to purchase a few other novels that he has written, such as Choke and Survivor but whenever I would go to the nearest Books-A-Million they would not have it on their shelf. Barnes & Noble is way ahead of my destination so I do not go there. Ever since I started to read Chuck's work, I have gotten into reading more. As days go by, I read some Poe and some Hemingway, whenever I am not busy. Recently, I have been busy and have not read that much but will try to make time for it, in the near future. Im being swallowed by working all the time and have no time for myself. I apoligize for typing up so much, for those of you who dont want to acknowledge my praise for Chuck, but I just wanted to introduce myself here, rather than the "newbie" board. I have been on this website for maybe 3 or 4 months, cannot quite remember, but like I said I have been busy and have had not time to respond to or impose any questions, concerns, or suggestions. I have only one question thats currently pondering about my mind, and that is if anyone knows if Chuck has or will one day transpire his presence to Tennessee, not mattering if it's in the capital or a small town? I would sincerely appreciate the reponses. Thank you all for your juncture.

Thank you Izen. Nice to meet you. I posted this on the under the Diary Paperback Tour thread but no one replied so I reposted it on here, and you did. If I may ask how long have you been a member and how long have you been reading Chuck's novels for? Also which ones have you read? I enjoy conversing with people. Thanks again.

i've been reading Chuck since i saw the Fight Club novel in the bookstore about two years ago and picked it up and discovered it was not written for the movie, but years before. after that was survivor, and invisible monsters, and after that anxiously awaiting the other novels to come out.
Like I stated earlier I have been busy. I only spoke to you, to reply to your question and I did. I was busy before, but I am working less now since school has started. I am enjoying more time to myself and have been able to do more things now.

Balthazar, sorry I had not replied earlier. For some strange reason I missed your post. I have been to Memphis but not to Graceland. I always wanted to go, but whenever we drive through Memphis, and I ask if we can stop at Graceland, my parents reply by saying, "We will go next time around." And we never do.
How did you learn Russian? In school or from friends?
