you should try to read Palahniuk; i recommend Survivor first, earlier book, good one to get into him with and it's not FC so you won't have to read it three times to get the mental image of Brad Pitt and Edward Norton out of your head so you can enjoy it as literature and not a 'made-into-a-movie' book.

Heh, Survivor was the first book of his I read - throughout the whole thing, I heard Edward Norton's voice in Tender's narrative.
