I've been here about a month now. But this will be a first.

My name is Brittney.
I'm here because, like everyone else, I love Chuck. Invisible Monsters was the first book I read. Before that I watched Fight Club. I was in love ever since.

I wouldn't call myself an author, although I love to write. I'm not so good at it. I will more than likely misspell a few words. Feel free to correct me.

I'm not good at writing about myself. So I think I'm gonna leave it at that.
Just thought Id let everyone know I'm here. Like it or not. Tongue

My friends are kind of narrow-minded. They won't even give Palahniuk a chance. I've even tried reading a few chapters out loud. NADA. You are the first fan from GA I've "met".

That's crazy,I've been here in Ga for a year and compared to North Alabama(where illiteracy reigns) it seems like everyone here has taken cues from Lavar Burton and made their own Reading Rainbows...or something. A friend of mine,well aqauintence really,is all about Transgressive fiction like Palahniuk. He even named his industrial music project "Black Meat" from William S. Burroughs Naked Lunch. Maybe,we can get a little disscussion group meeting or something together one day.
