A Price to Be Paid
Greetings & Salutations!
I'm P.D. Hansen the author of the fan favorite horror/western series, Guns of the Midnight Train, and the zombie short story Agent Red.
(Ok, Ok... I have only one fan, but he is pretty fanatic.)
I'm also the author of several Bradygames video game strategy guides and the owner/webmaster of a popular vidoe game news page (over 33,000 readers per day).
Hello! How are you? Is that a squirrel in your pocket or are you happy to see me?
-P.D.
No. That would have been fun.
I did Soldier of Fortune II, XIII, Call of Duty: United Offensive, Far Cry, Ace Combat 5 and a few where I'm not credited as the author since they were a team effort.
-P.D.
you should rename the thread is that a squirrel in your pocket cuz prices being paid aren't fun to talk about since most of us..... well i know i'm broke
welcome
I found this alarmingly difficult to read. ^^^^
Welcome, P.D. - I hope you enjoy the site and find plenty of things to do around here. Sounds like you're busy with other things but hopefully you'll find some time to kill around here.
Good coffee is like drinking Rock and Roll.
hello and welcome,
Our avatars should get together.
welcome
I named the thread 'A Price to be Paid' since that is the catch phrase of one of my western characters. His name is Gideon Ransom and wherever Ransom goes there is a price to be paid.
Cheezy, I know.
The first short story with this character will be published in an anthology that will be available in a few months.
-P.D.
None of those games were any good.
Ballade no. 1 in g minor op. 23 Frederic Chopin.
Neither is your avatar.

By the way, Welcome, PD Hansen.

haha that's cool i don't know what i was saying. i think i'm just tired of saying welcome and i had nothing witty to say so i left whatever dumb comment i wrote.
including this unwitty, dumbass comment
Thanks everyone.
If anyone would like to check out a sample of my writing, there is an 'Audio Play' version of one of my short-short stories (The Meat Cave) available on the Library of the Living Dead Podcast in Episode #48.

My story starts around 51 minutes into the podcast. You can also find it on iTunes if you search for the Library of the Living Dead podcast.
I love this bit because of the whole War of the Worlds style audio play. I have meant to do a few more of them and they said my short story Agent Red was in development as an audio play and it never happened. (I think it required too many actors.)
-P.D.
Even the ones I didn't name?
-P.D.

did you do the one for Silent Hill 2?
