2:14PM on a Sunday.
This is me, I am George. I've been on this rock almost 23 years and still thinking in childish terms. I am a terrible poet, and a lazy writer. I plan on going back to college to try and salvage my pitiful existence; although this is not the only thing one could do to get where one wishes in life, I believe it is the only thing that will get me excited enough to get my mind working again. I rarely get excited, and when I do they are fleeting moments gone all too soon.
So I guess what I mean to say is I am an aspiring writer, albeit a lazy talentless one. I am constantly reading, and I must confess, I have read only two of Palahniuk's books. Choke was passed along to me from a friend and I enjoyed it immensely; three weeks or so gone by I saw Rant in the new fiction and picked up a copy which I finished within 2 weeks - quite pleasurable, especially on the second read; unfortunately it is amidst the rest of the forgotten luggage in some Greyhound terminal in some state somewhere. It is certainly not in New York where it should be. I plan on exploring the rest of Palahniuk's work. If you would like to lend a suggestion I would be appreciative; I spend most of my time reading the classics, which is to say old books. Cherished authors would include Hermann Hesse, Friedrich Nietzsche, George Orwell, Alexandre Dumas, James Clavell, Stephen King, etc..
Now, I was promised kisses.

I had a brief visit; the decorum wasn't what I had hoped for so I have not returned to explore. I imagine I should be looking down for the dead hookers, though I should probably be looking up. Glad to hear you're around among us.
From whom?!
There is hope, but not for us.

coolio. and you can call me brad if you so wish....
It's 7:04 on a Sunday here. King of the Hill is on in the background and I hear Rusty Shackleford being mentioned, which means something funny is afoot. A lazy afternoon has been bolstered by the fact that my Cincinnati Bengals weren't able to continue their losing ways this week. Sure, it was the bye week but nevertheless, it's a non-loss.
I'm able to scratch my balls again after a lengthy and painful span there and the relief it brings now is grand! It makes me think of Raymond K Hessel's day after breakfast and how glorious it was for him!
Time for a smoke and to enjoy an icy cold Coca Cola and to wind down my Sunday by replying to these piddling threads. Slumberland awaits!
Howdy, Disconnect. Welcome.
Get on over to my website, young'un! www.subvertfromwithinrecords.blogspot.com
Hi!

Welcome and beware.
Or as Dante said it... "Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate"
Anyways, If you're an aspiring writer you should check out the writer's workshop (which you may have already planned on) and get some feedback. Or give others feedback.
All in all enjoy your decent into madness!
I don't want to be the one she tells her deep dark secrets to.
