"For most of this century, scientists have worshiped the hardware of the brain and the software of the mind; the messy powers of the heart were left to the poets."
Unfortunately I didn't like the first two parts. Don't have much hope with this one either.

I kind of have to see it in the theater.
Tuffy the Dump Truck may rarely increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke. The risk may be greater if you have heart disease or increased risk for heart disease (for example, due to smoking, family history of heart disease, or conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes), or with longer use. Tuffy should not be taken right before or after heart bypass surgery. Also, Tuffy may infrequently cause serious (rarely fatal) bleeding from the stomach or intestines. This effect can occur without warning symptoms at any time while taking Tuffy. Older adults may be at higher risk for this effect. (See also Precautions and Drug Interactions sections.) Stop taking Tuffy and get medical help right away if you notice any of the following rare but serious side effects: bloody or black/tarry stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, chest/jaw/left arm pain, shortness of breath, unusual sweating, weakness on one side of the body, sudden vision changes, slurred speech. Ask your doctor if Tuffy is right for you.
I, too, must see it in the theater!
It's definitely a necessity. I can't wait to see what kind of mind games Christopher Nolan pulls out this time around.

i think this is going to be great but catwoman for me will always be michelle pfeieffferer from the Tim Burton one.
i'll be watching this a week after it opens to avoid the crowds.
i'm not sure why but they're already planning a reboot in 2015

Because Nolan and Bale have both already said, "Thank you, goodnight."

Who am I thinking of then?
Ritt? Damien? Which one of you is it.
For the record, I'm looking forward to the movie. The last two are really the only Batman movies I've ever seen.
Ritt? Damien? Which one of you is it.
i'm the only black guy in that picture.
i don't know how else they can reboot the franchise but it could be interesting to see a nightwing movie or robin.
I'm definitely convincing some guy to take me and pay for my ticket and popcorn and candy and he better keep his mouth shut through out the movie and keep his hands off me and if the movie is good he might get lucky afterward.
Awhile back I was thinking about how I'd do a Robin movie. In my version Robin would be around 12, the age he usually is in the comics, and would beat people up with a bat, sometimes to death. And he'd get his ass kicked too, like bad. So basically it was Kick-Ass meets Batman Begins, like an R-rated feature. No way it would ever get made.

I would watch that.
me too. the last robin, damian wayne (no relation), might be the kid to do your movie justice.
Kick Ass but with a less-uplifting ending. Yeah!

Also, yeah, Ritt was the blaclk dude. What Ritt was doing in Pittsburgh I couldn't tell you.
HINT!: I am wearing a Gotham Rogues jersey.

I've just noticed that the "R" in the home-made Rogues signs is totally the Robin The Boy Wonder "R"...

There is joy to be found in all the Batman movies. Even the so called bad ones. Batman and Robin is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. It doesn't hurt that I own the Rifftrax for it too.
I finally was able to watch Batman and robin last year and actually enjoy it. I just really hated George Clooney as Batman though.
I went to go see Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol in IMAX. It was awesome. But the true highlight was the 5 minutes of The Dark Knight Rises they showed at the beginning. It... was... also very awesome. Not sure if you can find it on YouTube.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
Why would I want to?
Cuz it's a really cool leaked scene? It's just the prologue apparently.
Si vis pacem, para bellum
Why spoil the joy I will feel seeing it for the first time when I will see the whole thing later and feel 100 times more joy?
I guess that is a better way to phrase my question.
Holy shit! I just had it pointed out to me that the stadium is Heinz Field in Pittsburgh and that player who makes it to the end of the crumbling field is Hines Ward! I'm not really that astute sometimes.
mmm. this looks lovely.
haha

That should've been Devin Hester and Soldier Field.

Nolan was already one of my top favorite directors, and this pushes up his cool factor, as I am from Pittsburgh.

I think my only concern is the character of "Catwoman." I think it'll either make or break the movie...but I have faith that Nolan will work his magic and make this an awesome ending to the trilogy.
"For most of this century, scientists have worshiped the hardware of the brain and the software of the mind; the messy powers of the heart were left to the poets."
i don't know if catwoman will be in this film. i think selina kyle will, before she becomes catwoman.
Catwoman is in the film, played by Anne Hathaway.
Yeeeeah. I'm not really sure about Anne as catwoman, she's so bloody sweet.
I don't find Anne bloody sweet but I just... don't see her as Catwoman. I'm just not a fan of her I guess. She's beautiful but belongs on Broadway or something.
She's in the catsuit with the cowl riding either the batcycle or a catcycle very much like the batcycle, I know that much. I seen it. And I seen it crash. Dunno if it crashes in the movie but it crashed irl.

interesting. michelle pfeeireferefer is still the best catwoman for me. we'll see.
although, anne hathaway's boobs are very convincing.
Ha. I thought like this months ago. But hey, I figure they'll introduce her like they did TwoFace, either that or already have her established as a thief.
I think it starts off with her already as some sort of criminal mastermind but not yet into leather and whips. That comes later. Living in Pittsburgh Gotham will do that to ya.

Got these, too.

I think Nolan decided that Chicago wasn't dark and scary enough to be Gotham City.

Awesome!
Most people assume Brokeback Mountain is just a gay porno. Little do they know Hathaway's boobs are in it too.
I will say this once: Everyone says Hathaway will never be as good as Pfeiffer. They said the same thing about Ledger and Nicholson.

I think Nolan decided that Chicago wasn't dark and scary enough to be Gotham City.
That's so rad! When they were filming the Dark Knight my buddy went to one of the locations of the Harvey Dent vans and got a bunch of "Vote for Harvey" gear-stickers, flyers, posters, etc.

I secretly hope Anne's gonna kick ass in this movie, I want her to do well!

I will be seeing this at the movies, no doubt about that. Very excited about it and I really hope it'll be good.
