What are you watching now?
Sex, Lies & Videotape was a shitload better than I assumed it was going to be. Damn good flick.
Isn't that the movie with Eyebrows Gallagher in it.
yeah.
I've been meaning to watch that since I was 12. I believe it was out awhile already when I was that age. I remember being pissed not having HBO to watch it when I looked at the T.V. GUIDE and seeing it listed.
there's no nudity in it.
I guess thats what the Lies in the title is for.
Yeah. That, and it's also on film, not video.
i got Wonderland and Quills getting ready to come on
i dont know which one i wanna watch
Wonderland...thats with Holmes/Kilmer and Lisa Kudrow right?
yeah it is
i was thinking that also, but i have already seen wonderland
quills on the other hand would be something new to watch
Go with Quills, I never seen nor heard of tit.

plus there might be boobies !!
Quills doesn't really have much nudity, if any, in it. But it IS a great movie... then again Wonderland was pretty damn good too.
But if you have seen W before then go for Q.
...and as they both drowned the scorpion said to the frog "because it's in my nature."
Quills should tide you over in terms of sauciness.

Thumbsucker.
The more I think about it, the more I like it.
I'm interested in reading the book now. Anybody read it?
I'm watching The Man Who Knew Too Much with Jimmy Stewart by Alfred Hitchcock.
Amazon Women on the Moon.
David Allen Grier as Don 'No Soul' Simmons is fucking incredible. It kills me every single time.

Just watched Red Eye. Pretty good movie, well done, short and to the point. The only thing I don't like, which I guess I've got to learn to live with one of these days, is when the unexperienced, bleeding heart good guy out bad-guys the professional killer. Like in Collateral, the only thing really wrong with that movie is the way Jamie Fox killed Tom Cruise.
I finally got around to watching Serenity. It's alrightish, I suppose. I would have really enjoyed it if I had watched it on a Friday night in, getting drunk on my own.
!
Wild West Tech with Bill Carradine. Now there's a combination
I watched a few things the other day.
HOSTEL - Average dumb horror/thriller movie about a group of travellers who go to a hostel in eastern europe and get killed. The idea behind it is alright, fairly believable in a way. Thing is it's far to dumb to be a decent thriller but not enough violence to be a decent horror.
A VERY LONG ENGAGEMENT - By the same director and with the same actress as Amelie and boy, don't you just know it! It's set around WWI time and a woman hears that her fiance has been executed in the trenches. What with her being all quirky and everything she refuses to believe it and sets off to chase down all the leads and find her man.

I'm liking Big Love on HBO. First 2 episodes were good.
I just watched Sleepless In Seattle, I'm all teary.
I just went to see The Hills Have Eyes, I like a good all and out gorefest and stuff but that one scene with the deformed guys raping that chick and what goes on outside all at once it was a little harrowing. It's weird they seemed to cross a line with me on that one. I remember it in the original but I don't remember getting so upset about it then.
Anyone else seen it?

I watched The Aviator last night. I liked it.
I watched some Brass Eye, it's been years since I've seen that shit. Real funny.
I'm watching the PGA Championship. It's on NBC. Go watch.
Yesterday I watched Thumbsucker. It was really funny and stuff, Benjamin Bratt was in it!! DETECTIVE CURTIS!!
And today I watched Mean Girls! It was great!
I love Mean Girls. It's got surprisingly awesome humour in it. I love the gym teacher talking about STDs. I have to buy Mean Girls the next time Virgin have one of those super big sales.
It was £5-ish at Asda.
Cool. Thanks!

L4YER CAKE
Pretty decent drug syndicate film starting with a group of 4 guys that divy up coke...they are pretty much the middle men of drugs exchanging hands to buyers. Violence, bit of humor to ease the eyes, sex, and a couple of twists, expected but damn fun to see happen.
