What are you listening to right now?

I didn't know who this Kimbra was, but seeing her spot in the video i posted above I made some research and I am now a fan (based on just these two songs I've heard her in. I may change my fandom without notice).

Did you see when Nightrious posted that cover of this song by 16 dudes playing one guitar?
Well that's not quite right... there was a girl too, I think...
I saw a link somewhere else for something like that but I didn't click on it. I didn't see Nightrious' post, though.

Click it click it.
I really like that song.
I think I might be a fan of that chick now too, after watching that second video.
And her hair is fantastic too.
Pep, she's likable.
That was more impressive than dubstep pens.

I've watched that gotye video about a hundred times now since last night, the subtleties in it are heart breaking.
I am really impressed with the video.
Bears repeating.
This is why we can't have nice things.
oh my.
that amused me.
I <3 TVHOKB.
This is why we can't have nice things.
I never heard of knew of any of that until now.
But reading this
...graphic depictions of the horror, repetition, degradation, and sheer misery of the human condition...
...Kembra's on-stage performances have included cracking paint filled eggs on her vulva.
I'd say that one chick, at least, is alright in my book.
Those two remixes own my brain now:

Check this out then. You'll like it.
Yeah, I agree it's very good too.

Speaking of Burial his new EP is really great.

Hah. I didn't even know there was a new EP. Burial is great, as usual.
Nice.
GUESS
Are you telling us to guess? or is that what you're listening to. I would guess Sleigh Bells.
Adele?
it's one of those mornings
“if you want to be a bird,” you said once, “with colorful plumage and buoyant trills, you must also be ready for hollow bones."
I've been in far too many arguments about Adele this week. People sure are sensitive about her.
and also this piece of wonderful trailer music, so happy they released it as an mp3:
Cleaning the house with this appropriately loud.

I love wilco. big surprise.

I'm listening to those 3 albums:
Air - Le Voyage Dans La Lune (which is really good)
Kobiety - Mutanty (very good polish band that came from my city)
DJ Food - The Search Engine (obvious change in style comparing to old stuff, but not bad)

Going to their concert tomorrow! Will be awesome.
<3 I remember watching this as a kid. And it's still wonderful.

I like this song by Lykke Li!
The version they keep playing on the Dutch radio is a remix, which I enjoy more than the original:
Yesterday a Belgian band played a cover of that song live on the radio and wow! That version's better than both the original and the remix:
There is no proper way to cope, no everlasting grace.
Just a flame on a river floating away.
jesus
give me wings
and i'll fly
I listen now mostly to stuff by:
Gold Panada
Death in Vegas
Trentemøller
The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble

I never really listened to this before today, just a filler song that came on the radio. I listened to it when it came on today and it is perfect for how I feel about life right now.

I have mixed feelings about whole album of Florence + Machine. It's overloaded with sound ornaments, yet some songs make big impression. My favourite is No Light, No Light

I like that song too now.
I might buy an album. It does seem like the sort of music you must be in a certain mood to listen too.
I love this song and I'd almost forgotten about it. It's the saddest song ever.
.
I can't stop listening to the dodos and beach house currently.
favorites:
beach house is playing in new york in july and I'd really really really love to see them.

I spent all day consolidating all of my music onto my newest computer so I could put it all on my ipod, because I was slowly realizing that nearly half of it was missing.
Since then I've been listening to fun.
Can't get enough of this band, but then again I liked Anathallo a lot too.

I've been singing that song all day. Well, more like humming a lot of it and then singing, "So let's set the world on fire...." then more humming. Good stuff.
