What are you listening to right now?
Bon Iver. Yesyesyesyesyes!
Just because.
I like that one, but most of their stuff bore me.

You are a Matt after my own heart!
I've been listening to a fair bit of Gram/Burritos lately. When I go out to california in january I'm planning to visit the site where he was "cremated" in Joshua Tree. You can even stay at the Joshua Tree Inn, in the room he died in, but I dunno, I think that's a little strange.
We're just so, like, musically compatible.

I think if we hung out it'd kinda be like:

call me sentimental i have been recently listening to old music groups like aqua.
it reminds me of my ex-girlfriend

Meet you halfway?

You're a brighter little soul than all of the jaded people here. Never take them seriously. NEVER.
Bought Eminems new CD today. Listening to it reminded me why I haven't bought an Eminem CD since The Marshall Mathers LP.

"Undaunted, I knew the game was mine to win. Just like in life, all of my successes depend on me. I'm the man who has the ball, I'm the man who can throw it faster than fuck. So that is why I am better than everyone in the world. Kiss my ass and suck my dick. Everyone."

Noice
I coulda swore you were listening to Brian Schram! haha
Mogwai - Helps Both Ways
Very effective cure for sickens caused by overload of Christmas sugar in the radio&tv. Now I feel better.

I was. I still am! After listening to Brian Schram I was listening to Buckcherry's first two albums because some of the Schram stuff reminded me of it. Good times.
My friend that's into a lot more heavier stuff than I, but where we meet in the middle is stuff like Velvet Revolver, Buckcherry, Motley Crüe, et al, showed mean band last night called The Damned Things. The band's made up of members from Anthrax, Every Time I Die and Fallout Boy. And they're pretty damn cool. I only heard a few songs, but, from what I can gather, it's like a heavy-ish rock 'n' roll with very hooky choruses. I kinda dig it.

Here is a video I helped some friends make earlier this year. I'm in it in a few places. The song is pretty cool too.

perfect.
The old Jurassic Park game had a killer soundtrack.

Been on an Echo kick lately.
Also... comes out in two days. Nerdy Mckay is nerdy.
You know in all the years I've been here I've never been sigged?
I don't tire of this song.

nice stuff, guys!
California listening has consisted almost solely of:
1) a Queens of the Stone Age mix
2) Gram Parsons/Flying Burrito Brothers
3) Marilyn Manson's Mechanical Animals
4) a travel playlist I threw together, with a lot of my favourite songs from 2010 and a bunch of other fun stuff.
Also threw on Supergrass' In It For The Money the other day. Still such a fun album.
The soundtrack from The Sound of Music, Singin' in the rain and Hair.
That's what I've been listening to recently. Cheeriness in a box.
Yo man! Next time, I kick your ass! That'll be that!
The whole album (titled Faith, Hope + Fury) is awesome, but this track is one of my favorites.

Right at this moment:

Bon Iver and St. Vincent - Roslyn
Amazing song. Apparently it's the soundtrack for New Moon, which I find quite odd, but hey, I haven't seen the movie, so what do I know.
