Never mind!
I'm really tired of Girls and Californication. I might be growing blasee, but I don't even enjoy them anymore. Luckily there are 2 more episodes of Girls, and 4 of Californication.
I'm watching the newest episode and Shoshanna is so damn annoying!
I started watching Once Upon a Time when it first came out and then I lost track of it. So I've been catching up on that.

I'm preferring Girls this season, a couple of episodes have been duds but I've enjoyed the better variety and it seems to have used up the cliches and common tropes of the first season.
I think it's funny she got such heavy criticism last season for not having any black characters except for a homeless guy so she wrote a black republican in response.
Also, does anyone watch Impractical Jokers? It always makes me laugh. Sal is my favorite and Haley likes Murray.
Anyone else watch Enlightened? I love it!
I'm four episodes into season 5 of Sons of Anarchy. Does it get better?
It's all really heavy so far. I know it's about naughty bikers, but I'm sure there used to be more lighthearted moments. Even if there was one bit that was semi-happy. *spoiler* Jax and Tara's wedding may have been meant to be one, but it didn't feel like it to me.
It definitely is a darker season. As you could tell by the last scene of the previous season, this season is all about how maybe Jax isn't that much different than generations passed. History keeps repeating.
That guy on Sons of Anarchy killed his sweet old landlady in real life. Can't bring myself to watch show. And I love Ron Perlman.
Mike Birbiglia is one of my favorite comedians. He has a cameo in episode two of Girls. The main girl has a job interview with him and they click. Until she makes a joke in poor taste insinuating that he is a rapist.
Hope this clears up my comment.
I think that actor was only in like 1.5 seasons. Don't let him ruin it for ya.
Yeah. Half Sack (his character's name) was a pretty likeable character. But they killed off his character years before he did that.
And anyway, after he killed her (and her cat), he jumped off the garage and died. So it's all good.
This is why we can't have nice things.

Oh sorry, I just originally wrote "Who's Mike Birbiglia?" because I didn't know if she had called a character a rapist or the actual person. Then I remembered. Or googled. Then obviously my comment was pointless. Unfortunately, he doesn't show up again. At least not in the first season.
I can understand why someone wouldn't like that show. None of the main characters are really likeable. But, at least to me, they're relatable and familiar. If you don't relate to them at all, well, I can't imagine enjoying it at all.
You're clearly not an awful enough person. You should work on that.
Dang, you nailed it. I was hoping it wasn't the case. Now that Opi is gone there is no one left with ant moral compass.
I had no idea about that halfsack actor.
I kind of hated last night's episode of Girls. Hannah really got on my nerves, it felt flat, I thought I would die of embarrassment when Marnie was singing Katie Melluah or whatever it was.
I find my admiration of Lena Dunham swings like this. I guess that's the thing about young talent maybe? She hasn't found consistency and occasionally slips in to these very predictable little character traits and dialogue etc.
I hated Shoshanna yesterday. Dude, can't she ever shut up? And what normal dude wants to hit on her after she goes on blabbering about whatever when he asks a simple question?
That's cool. I'm glad they took him off the show, before he did all that crap. Didn't know that.
I tried to get into that show, but just couldn't. But, then I can't even get into Black Ink (the black tattoo show). More of a nerdy demographic type.

I recommend listening to his entire comedy album called Sleepwalk With Me. (His older stuff is great too) But if you can't get your hands (or ears) on the album, rent the movie of the same name.
The album is better (he says it's 97% true while the movie is only 70% true for the purpose of building a story that works as a movie)
It's the true story of how his sleepwalking gets progressively worse until.....(building suspense)
He also weaves in hilarious anecdotes about his family and eight year long relationship with his college girlfriend.
I might do that.
Sleepwalk With Me is on Netflix i think. It's really funny, especially his sleepwalking episodes.
These days the best part of Girls is Fiona Apple on the soundtrack.

This is why we can't have nice things.
I started watching Our America with Lisa Ling. I have always liked Lisa Ling, and I really enjoy it.
I watched Wonder pets. It's a kids show. There's a hamster or guniea pig in it and it reminded me so much of the Lemmywinks Southpark episode it was disturbing. I kept expecting Mr Slave to pop up.
Linny, Tuck, and Ming-Ming too!
We're Wonder Pets, and we'll help you!
What's gonna work?

You know!
There was another southpark with guinea pigs wasn't there?
Does anyone else get the southpark vibe?
I used to watch Wonder Pets everyday.
I mean. Zach and Lily used to watch wonder Pets everyday.
This is sewious!

Tootsie is on! Forgot Bill Murray was in it.
That is a great Movie.

I need this show on right now so I can konk out. Most boring show ever! I'll admit the wonderpets are adorable but giant snorefest for me. I don't miss babysitting thanks for reminding me.
Just finished Season 3 of The Sopranos. It was fantastic. Still a bit in love with Christopher, even though he is a mean crook!
Wonder Pets have saved my *butt, so many times.
I've been watching Ugly Betty. Pretty cute.

I like Ugly Betty. I used to watch the original from time to time too. It's a cute show.
There was like an Ugly Betty in every country at one point.
I used to watch the Latin American Ugly Betty.
Finally Girls is over. I don't think I'll watch the next season anymore, it's become too annoying.
Haha... I hadn't seen any of this season until this morning. Then I watched up to that weird episode with the older guy and absolutely nothing else.
I still like it though. It was random as hell and I know it's not going to have a thing to do with anything else but I was into it. Interestingly, I think you used to say that you really liked Jessa and I didn't see why at all.
I like her a lot now though. Mostly because she finally fought with that guy. Plus she was the one who said, "I am going to look 50 when I’m 30. I am going to be so fucking fat, like Nico, and you know why? That’s because I’m going to be full of experiences."
You know how people say that something is worth more than the sum of it's parts? What's the opposite of that? Because that's this show. I think the acting is pretty great, guest stars tend to rock it, and the writing is full of hilarious quotable shit. So I love the parts.
Also, in regards to what I said about Betty la Fea being everywhere.

I like Jessa even this season, but she doesn't show up too much.

When you say the weird episode with the older guy do you mean Patrick Wilson? He's amazing.
Girls doesn't have any strong story lines. I know for some people this is a plus but as I've gotten older I am much more inclined to believe that things should have stories and being able to weave a plot is a massive talent. I'm frustrated that Girls has nothing like that.
I'm waiting for Californication's finale and then finally Game of Thrones will be here.
Finished House of Cards - fucking awesome.
Now alternating between:
- The Killing 2nd season - keep thinking that a lot of these "hold-outs" seem like bad writing. and I love this show...
- Weeds whatever the new season is on netflix - yeah, totally unbelievable at this point, but I still like it.
- Archer 3rd season? - brilliant.
Red Wedding gonna be at the beginning of this season or at the end?
This is why we can't have nice things.
A lot of people who watch the show have no idea what the red wedding is. But it occurs in the first halfof the book, I believe. It may even be in the first third. The season won't start with it, but it should be pretty early on. A shit ton of stuff happens in the third book.

A lot of people are dumb. The books are amazing.
I'm doing a sort of presentation comparing A Song of Ice and Fire and King Arthur, and I hate people who spoil stuff, but I hope there is someone in my class who ONLY watches the tv show and refuses to read the books and that one of the unfortunately necessary spoilers in my presentation makes them rage.

Watched Girls for the first time today. It hasn't exactly been haha funny. I won't forgive Lena for calling Mike Birbiglia a rapist. He should be a regular character.
I'll keep watching though.
